VISITS - We are only too aware of the importance of being able to visit the cattery before you board your cat with us, and welcome you to come and look at the facilities and tell us about your cat’s requirements.  An appointment is advised to ensure that we will have adequate time to spend with you.

COLLECTION & DELIVERY - For customers without transport, collection and delivery service is possible; please ask for details when booking.

ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES - We operate an appointment system, so that you and your cat are not kept waiting, and also there are then periods throughout the day that we can give uninterrupted care to our cats. Appointments times are listed below.

If you are not able to make an appointment during the times mentioned, do please let us know and we will try to accommodate you wherever possible.
